[S1 E11]: Watch What Happens Live: Twitter with Grace Faroe & Lady Helena Birch
Andy: She likes to ask a lot of questions, and she’ll give you all of her fashion suggestions. It’s Watch What Happens Live: Twitter with Grace Faroe and Lady Helena Birch NOW!
The Watch What Happens Live intro music plays and the camera pans to Andy sitting in his chair
Andy: Hey everyone! We’re back in the clubhouse with some first-timers, Lady Helena and Grace, how are you both doing tonight!?
Grace: I’m doing well, thank you for having me here tonight, Andy.
Lady Helena: It’s amazing to be here, Andy. I’m very well, thank you for asking.
Andy: Happy to have you both on…First off, Grace, you’re in the middle of filming Season 5 of the housewives of Beverly Beach, how’s that been?
Grace: *sighs* Well, let me tell you… it’s been fun, but it’s been intense. They’re coming for me, I’ll say that. But don’t worry, I can handle it. *winks and smirks*
Lady Helena: Ooo!
Andy: They’re coming for you? Yikes! We saw that you all recently went on a cast trip to New Orleans, what can you tell us about that?
Grace: *nods* You’ll see it unfold on the upcoming season, that’s all I can say. It was very intense and quite uncomfortable for me personally.
Andy: Okay…Lady Helena, you guys had a crazy episode of Society Wives last night, what was your reaction to Sue and Priya getting in each other’s faces in last night’s episode? Who’s side are you on?
Lady Helena: So… I am on Priya’s side and that’s not down to my history with Sue. Sue was the catalyst of so much conflict at dinner that night. She was getting into it with everyone and she turned on Priya when she tried to diffuse the situation, but obviously, as we’ve seen, they have issues of their own going on. It definitely escalated, mainly because Sue provoked it, but Priya is no shrinking violet either, that’s probably why they got in each other’s faces.
Andy: Elma from Little Rock wants to know if you think that Sue is manipulating the press into writing rumors about her like Miranda said?
Lady Helena: Wow, that’s a big question… I think that Sue definitely isn’t as unaware as she makes out. I do think that the rumors about her that are published in the press are coming from close to home. It’s a very complex situation she’s tangled up in. Just know, Sue isn’t as naive as she likes to make out… at all.
Andy: Interesting, uhh…Dereck from Tampa asks Grace, how’s the fashion line, House of Faroe, doing and will we be seeing more of it this season?
Grace: *puts hands together* We are doing very well! Obviously, you saw at the end of last season, we launched a new line and I have mentioned a collaboration between House of Faroe with a label in Miami, so you will see little snippets of it this season. House of Faroe is definitely going to be big in Miami
Andy: That’s great! Back to Society Wives, Lady Helena, what did you think of Tracy saying she wouldn’t question you about Lord Robert’s campaign when you questioned her about the Edward rumors?
Lady Helena: I respect her for that, because she could’ve questioned me like I did her. And really, I didn’t question her all that much. I just made a strange connection that only really rang in my head once the article was published. I think we moved past the issue we had at Priya’s dinner party pretty quickly afterward.
Andy: Gotcha, Bianca from Cincinnati asks what was your reaction to seeing Madison tell some of the girls you and Priya were talking about Sue’s issues?
Lady Helena: *shakes head* She’s so messy, honestly. You can look at it from two sides. On one side, she’s messy for repeating conversations she’s been privy to but on the other hand, she’s caught in the middle of friends. I don’t like what she did though, personally and I think she knows that.
Andy: Alright, the first game we’ll be playing is called Society Do’s and Society Don’ts, I’ll give you both a scenario and you’ll either say it’s a Society Do which means it’s appropriate or it’s a Society Don’t which means it’s not appropriate
Grace: Bring it, honey! *laughs*
Andy: Talking behind people’s backs, is that a Society Do or Don’t?
Grace: I think it depends on the situation. If it’s something that friends NEED to talk about, then yes. So I’ll say a Society Do.
Lady Helena: I don’t really like talking behind people’s back but like Grace said, if it’s necessary and someone brings it up, then okay. However, I am going with Society Don’t. I’m a real friend to those around me.
Andy: Asking questions about recent rumors in the news, Society Do or Don’t?
Lady Helena: Society Do…100%. Especially when that person wants people to ask them questions, but then does a 180 when they don’t like what they’re asked. *shrugs shoulders and drinks*
Grace: Society Do. As friends in a group, you should feel comfortable asking someone questions and having those conversations. They’re difficult, but if you feel like you’re in a safe space, then it shouldn’t matter.
Andy: Having plastic glasses at a party, Society Do or Don’t?
Grace: Tough one…*laughs* It depends on the party and the company! I’ll go with Society Do, purely because some of the people I have to share company with!
Lady Helena: Being a Lady of society, I am choosing Society Don’t. Plastic glasses are so…tacky!
Andy: Wearing outfits that don’t fit the theme of the party, Society Do or Don’t?
Grace: Society Don’t. Fashion Faux Pas 101.
Lady Helena: I agree, it looks awful. I’m all for standing out, but not when it makes you look like an idiot. *clinks glasses with Grace*
Andy: Not greeting your host when you walk in, Society Do or Don’t?
Lady Helena: Society Don’t. Rude and disrespectful!
Grace: Agreed! Whatever terms you’re on with someone, you always greet them when you arrive at their event. It’s basic respect and manners.
Andy: Getting black out drunk, Society Do or Don’t?
Grace: *laughs* Absolutely not. One of my castmates knows all too well about that kind of state…*takes a sip of drink*
Lady Helena: So declasse. Society Don’t. It completely ruins the atmosphere of an event when you make yourself look like a fool, especially in my particular society and social circles.
Andy: Last one, leaving some people in your group of friends out of an event, Society Do or Don’t?
Grace: Society Do. If I don’t want you in my space or if I think you won’t come with good intentions, then I won’t invite you. Plain and simple.
Lady Helena: Society Don’t. Regardless of issues, we’re all part of the same circle, and leaving people out makes it uncomfortable and awkward for the rest of the group.
Andy: Okay, thank you both for playing! Let’s get back to some questions…Grace, there’s suspected to be some new girls filming with your group this season, what can you tell us about them?
Grace: *sighs* Well, yes we have some new girls. What can I say? Some are fun to film with, others aren’t!
Andy: Isn’t that always the case *laughs* Greg from San Antonio asks Grace, how would you say Season 5 is shaping up to be compared to last season?
Grace: It’s a lot less dark, I feel. Last season, there were a lot of rumors thrown around. This season, the group let loose a bit more. There’s still drama, yes but there’s more of a light element. In terms of myself, you’ll see a lot more vulnerability to myself. I’ve got a lot going on in my personal life, which will definitely be shown.
Lady Helena: Wow!
Andy: Sandy from Chicago asks Lady Helena if she can clear up exactly what the rumors are about Lord Robert’s campaign?
Lady Helena: *sighs* Of course I can. The rumors were that Lord Robert had been taking and giving bribes in order to secure more support for his campaign to be elected as the Mayor of Chelsea. However, sitting here now I can say that the rumors are just that… rumors. There is no truth whatsoever to them.
Andy: Got it, How crazy does the Saudi Arabia trip get? Can it get any crazier? *laughs*
Lady Helena: Oh, it’s wild! There are moments where I’m present that are crazy and then there are moments with the other ladies… wow. I’ve heard about them but apparently, they’re so much worse when you see them!
Andy: Oooohh! Can’t wait! Have both of you been watching some of the RP shows coming out like LoT and CTWives, what do you two think?
Grace: I love CT Wives! It’s such a great show, honestly. The cast is top-tier and has been delivering!
Lady Helena: I’ve seen LoT, the cast dynamics are strange but a lot of the women are quite likable. CT Wives, I love that too. Linda Murray is a particular favorite of mine.
Andy: Yes! She’s great!
Andy: For our final game of the night, we’re playing a classic game of Plead the Fifth, I’m going to ask you both very invasive questions and you can either answer or plead the fifth. Are you both ready?
Grace: Bring it on! *smirks*
Lady Helena: Let’s go!
Andy: Grace, marry, f, kill: Imani, Lorelei, Sheridan
Grace: Oh, easy! I’d marry Lorelei, fuck Imani and definitely kill Sheridan.
Andy: Lady Helena, which cast member of yours has the least amount of money, but acts like they have the most?
Lady Helena: Oh, wow! *shocked and takes sip of drink* I’m pleading the fifth on that one! I’d like to make it to next week alive! *laughs*
Andy: Grace, which new housewife has been the least friendly to you?
Grace: Hmmm… tough choice since there’s two of them who haven’t been very nice to me. I’ll go with Jenisa.
Andy: Lady Helena, who has the worst fashion sense in your group of friends?
Lady Helena: Tracy, for sure. But, I suppose that’s what happens when you’re married to a football coach. *shrugs shoulders*
Andy: *laughs* Grace, which one of your cast members needs some help in the honesty department?
Grace: Ren, she doesn’t say what she should say in the moment. She hides behind other people and uses people as her mouthpiece. She needs to be honest in the moment and it needs to come from her. *nods*
Andy: Lastly, Lady Helena, who has the most skeletons in the closet that haven’t come out yet?
Lady Helena: Oh, don’t do this to me, Andy! *laughs* I couldn’t possibly say about that Plead the fifth!
Andy: *laughs* Thank you both for playing! Our moment of mazel tonight goes to Donnie Delfino and her new venture into the podcast world.
Andy: Even though we can’t see any of her content at the moment, we wish her the best of luck in this new endeavor! That’s our show, DON’T FORGET to catch the season finale of CTWives tomorrow night at 8/7C, it’s one for the books! See you all on Thursday with Irina Lemel and Erica Ka’Oir, goodnight!
